Ozzy Osbourne

Ozzy Osbourne was born in 1948. He’s a singer, songwriter and starred in his own MTV reality show The Osbournes. He was originally in the first heavy metal band Black Sabbath but moved on to his own solo career.
Ozzy is one of the original hard-partying rockers. Doing everything. He’s known for pushing his life nearly to the limit. His heart has stopped twice and paramedic struggled to keep him alive.
“I overdosed all the time, deliberately on one occasion. It was 1981, and I took a whole load of Temazepam. I just remember waking up in hospital, having my stomach pumped.”
He may have gone to the edge and back again, but he is still alive and kicking.
