Kathleen went on to co-produce Poltergeist  and to serve as primary producer on the Extra-terrestrial and the Indiana Jones films. Ever since, she has served as Executive Producer on a number of very high profile projects, including the first Jurassic Park film and Schindler List.

She also formed her own production company, The Kennedy/Marshall Company, but later left it to become co-chair of Lucasfilm, Ltd. Kathleen now serves as President of Lucasfilm Ltd, under the Disney umbrella.
