The EsCHER Scholarship for Excellent Students 2023–2024 was founded by Erasmus University Rotterdam to assist outstanding students from low- and middle-income countries who wish to continue their master’s degree abroad.
This fellowship is open to graduate students from non-EEA nations who want to participate in the Health Economics, Policy & Law program at Erasmus University Rotterdam. For consideration, candidates must have a GPA of 8.0 or above on their most recent academic qualification. After the admissions process has been completed, candidates must seek a cost waiver. The chosen individuals will get partial tuition cost support.

- For the master’s program in Health Economics, Policy & Law or the specialization in Health Economics, candidates must obtain the waiver..
Application Procedure
The following procedure remains the only viable route to apply rightfully:
- Applications for admission must be submitted through the university’s webpage. Students must, however, complete a scholarship application form in order to be considered for the award.
- Supporting records: The university requires the following paperwork from the students:
- an explanation letter
- the most current academic transcript, certified
- proof that the master’s program for which the waiver is requested has been completed.
- financial report
- Entry requirements: The candidates must show that they have met the master’s program’s entrance standards in order to qualify for the waiver.
- Language prerequisite: The following English language proficiency exams’ results must be submitted by the students:
- IELTS – 6.5
- TOELF IBT – 90
- Cambridge B2 First
- Cambridge C1 Advanced
- Cambridge C2 Proficiency
