The NTT Associate Graduate is an entry level subject matter expert, responsible to work closely with one or more senior professional colleagues. The primary responsibility of the Associate Graduate is to assist with tasks relevant to the specific area or function and seek opportunities to broaden their learning.
Throughout the program, participants engage in daily operational activities, including managing service requests, troubleshooting challenges, and supporting essential business processes. They also contribute to corporate social responsibility by participating in volunteer initiatives, fostering team engagement and commitment. Upon completion of the first year, graduates have the opportunity to apply for permanent positions within the organization, equipped with comprehensive knowledge and mentorship from senior staff members.
The program typically spans 12 to 24 months and combines comprehensive training with practical experience. Participants engage in a variety of learning modules, including technical training, project management, business consulting, and soft skills development. Through rotations across different departments or projects, graduates gain exposure to diverse areas of the company, such as software development, cybersecurity, cloud computing, data analytics, and digital transformation services. Minimum Requirements For The NTT DATA Young Talent Graduate Program:
- The program is based in Johannesburg, South Africa (If based outside of Gauteng, they must be willing to relocate to Johannesburg at their own cost)
- Applicants must be South African citizens
- Applicants must be 26 years of age or younger
Academic Qualifications and Certifications
- Applicants must have either successfully completed a minimum 3-year diploma or degree in the IT, commerce and engineering sciences fields or will be completing by the end of 2024
