Requirements For The O. B. Lulu-Briggs Foundation Scholarship

Must be an indigene of Rivers State.
Must have graduated with a law degree from a Federal or State university.
Must have gained admission into the Nigerian Law School.
Must hold a First Class or Second Class Upper degree.
Applicants of Kalabari origin with a Second Class Lower degree will also be considered.
