Olam Agri Graduate Trainee Program offers multiple roles across key departments for recent graduates. Olam Agri invites applications from graduates for its 2025 Graduate Trainee Program. Throughout the program, trainees undertake two to three rotations that span the entire value chain, allowing them to experience different aspects of the business in various countries. This structure is intended to build a robust network and deepen their comprehension of the complexities and variety inherent in Olam’s global operations. Additionally, participants are tasked with leading two high-impact commercial projects, fostering practical experience and strategic thinking. Upon successful completion of the program, trainees are typically placed in frontline management roles, positioning them for accelerated career progression within the company.

Requirements For The Olam Graduate Trainee Program
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, public relations or similar fields from a recognized institution
- Minimum second-class upper grade
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
- Understanding of market research and data analysis.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
- Passion for marketing and brand building.
- Flexible to be located in Lagos.
