The Rotary Water and Sanitation International Scholarships for Professionals are being offered for the academic year 2023–2024 as part of a cooperation between the Rotary Foundation (TRF) and the IHE Delft Institute for Water Education.
The scholarship will be given for use in IHE Delft’s Master of Science in Water and Sustainable Development program. Both nationals of other countries and those from your own are eligible to apply for this scholarship. The chosen applicant will get a scholarship worth €32,500 and have the chance to network with Rotarians in the Netherlands.

Eligibility Criteria
All applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered for the Rotary Water and Sanitation Scholarships:
- Both the applicants and the Rotary Club must fill out the application form.
Application Procedure
The following procedure remains the only viable route to apply rightfully:
- The university site is where the students must submit their admissions applications initially. Separate submissions of the scholarship application form are required.
- Supporting records: The university requires the following paperwork from the students:
- certified copies of certificates and degrees.
- official copies of one’s academic records
- two letters of endorsement
- an identification document copy
- a copy of the English language test score results
- Entry requirements: The candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline at level B/B+ (US system) or upper 2nd (British system) from an accredited university.
- Language prerequisite: The following English language proficiency exams’ results must be submitted by the students:
- IELTS (academic version) – 7.0
- TOEFL internet-based – 100
