Howard Stern is fond of referring to himself as “the King of All Media,” but although he used to have a TV show and put out some books and a movie that we’ve all forgotten about, his real success has come as a radio personality.
Stern’s distinctive voice has been crackling through people’s speakers since the early 1980s, first on AM radio and then eventually as a Sirius Satellite Radio exclusive.
