3. Candidates must be from the Public Sector with demonstrated passion for public service.
Selection Criteria

2. They must demonstrate leadership potential and a desire to contribute to public service. Not all scholarships will be awarded unless there are candidates of sufficient merit.
3. Scholars should not concurrently hold any other scholarship, fellowship or award without the prior approval from the School.
