27. Amanda Seyfried – Chloe

Amanda Seyfried plays the title role of an insane call girl named Chloe, in a 2009 just-for-adults thriller of the same name. She stalks a female gynecologist, Dr. Catherine Stewart, played by Julianne Moore, who is married to college professor, David, played by Liam Neeson. Chloe manipulates Catherine into believing David attempted to kiss her, then skillfully leads her prey into a dark and pathological relationship. During very complex twists and turns, the emotional seduction becomes physical as well and the couple becomes intertwined in Chloe’s madness.

When asked what her most memorable moment was on the set of “Chloe”, Seyfried answers, “Well, the love scene, I don’t think I will ever forget it.” Amanda sees each new film as an opportunity to add new audience types. Like the changes in audience from her supporting role in “Mean Girls” to the audience of “Mama Mia!”. “Then I did a horror movie that changed the audience again.”
