Lastly, i think we should know the things we shouldn’t use on our hair. Some of the things we use, thinking they are good for the hair, are actually very harmful to our hair. Here’s a few of them;
Sulfate, a substance found in some shampoos is actually a very harsh cleanser. It strips the hair of natural oils and dries it out.
Alcohol, found in hairspray, gel and other styling products dries and causes the hair to brittle.
